InCat 2055
Feature
InCat 2055 is unblocked acid catalyst based on dinonyl naphthalene disulfonic acid with approx. 55% iso-butanol as solvent. InCat 2055 boosts the curing of amino crosslinker and ploymers with functinoal group of hydroxyl, carboxyl and amide.

Solubility
Solube in alcohols, ketones, esters, glycols, glycol esters, aromatic hydrocarbon; insoluble in water and aliphatic hydrocarbon.

Shelf life
2 years when stored at room temperature in the original container.
Addition and Dosage
Pre-diluted with alcohols or directly added into formulation with adequate stirring. Recommended dosage is 0.5–2% based on the amout of resin solids.
Safety instruction
