InCat 1050
Feature
InCat 1050 is a hydrophobic acid catalyst based on dinonyl naphthalene sulfonic acid supplied at 50% active in n-butanol. InCat 1050 accelerates the crosslinking of amino/phenolic resin and polymers with fuctional group of hydroxyl, carboxyl etc.

Solubility
Soluble in alcohols, ketones, esters, glycols, glycol ester, armatic hydrocarbon and aliphatic hydrocarbon.

Shelf life
2 years when stored at room temperature in the original container.
Addition and Dosage
Pre-diluted with alcohols or directly added into formulation with adequate stirring. Recommended dosage is 0.5–2% based on the amount of resin solids.
Safety instruction
